What you will do 

The Vice President, Global Marketing spearheads Worldwide Clinical Trials' global marketing strategy, overseeing brand visibility, thought leadership, and lead generation. In this role, you will lead a collaborative and innovative team, and manage the marketing strategy, content, creative, events, and digital operations. Responsible for integrated omnichannel campaigns, advertising solutions, and event execution, the VP elevates the overall customer experience. Balancing strategic and tactical expertise, they demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the global marketing team, business development, therapeutic leads, and executive team members. 

 Responsibilities:


- Craft and implement a strategic content plan to boost Worldwide's visibility and align with business goals.
- Enhance and unify the Worldwide brand identity across all platforms.
- Work with various teams to deliver marketing that resonates with our audience and supports company objectives.
- Plan strategic involvement in industry events for brand and network growth.
- Seek out and secure speaking and panel opportunities to position us as thought leaders.
- Drive a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including website, social media, and online ads.
- Analyze marketing effectiveness and optimize based on insights.
- Lead a global marketing team, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure financial compliance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's in Marketing/Business or related; MBA is a plus.
- 14+ years of marketing experience including B2B, with 5+ in a senior role.
- Direct experience in clinical research and marketing to customers/prospects 
- Track record of successful global marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Skilled in data analysis and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
