Through our CRA Academy, we provide full-time training, mentoring, and hands-on experience for those new to the CRA role! Members in our full-time program will actively participate in group discussions, root cause investigations, and group assignments throughout the program. Core content will be shared via virtual, instructor-led sessions directed by one of the top industry experts in clinical research training. Self-study learning assignments are also integrated within the program, allowing for independent completion. Additionally, each student will have a mentor assigned to them to help build confidence in hands-on practice and strengthen camaraderie amongst the team.
