SUMMARY: As a key member of the People Strategy + Culture team, the Manager, Global People Services will provide management and oversight of the delivery of global People Services, such as personnel transactional processing, HRIS data entry and maintenance, process administration, customer service, and provision of data changes for payroll. This role will work to further develop the people resources foundation of the company and execute activities in line with corporate strategies globally.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks may include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure delivery of global People Services to team members and managers meets expected service levels for timeliness, accuracy and customer service.
  • Manage a team of globally dispersed staff across different cultures and time zones in the daily delivery of people services and support.
  • Evaluate and assist with the development and implementation of global people policies, processes and initiatives that enable the organizational talent to achieve targeted business results across the company. This includes ensuring the design and delivery of high-quality people-related processes and tools.
  • Identify tools and strategies that continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the People Services team.
  • Anticipate, identify and manage root causes of significant and complex people process issues and advise senior leadership on their resolution.
  • Support initiatives to consistently improve efficiency and effectiveness of the HR workforce.
  • Assure that international human resource policies and practices are consistent and in compliance with appropriate legal and regulatory requirements.  
  • Serve as escalation point of contact to review and resolve People Services service delivery concerns.
  • Identify improvements to HRIS systems and tools.
  • Ensure and regularly audit the integrity of HRIS data management to ensure accuracy and compliance with fiscal auditing rules, legal compliance globally and data protection laws.
  • Maintain up-to-date professional HR knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.  The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred Degree in Human Resources, HR Certification, or other advanced degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR or equivalent experience
  • Direct experience managing a team, preferably globally dispersed
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing HR best practices and process improvements.

 

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge and leadership across the HR/People function within the services area including workforce administration globally and relevant compliance/legal matters in an international environment.
  • Must have proven success in directly leading domestic and international HR Services and processes.
  • Limited travel required including international.
