Position Title: Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst

SUMMARY:   As a member of the People Strategy + Culture team, the Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst will support in the development of global compensation & benefit programs, policies and procedures to be responsive to the company's global strategy and philosophy. The Analyst will assist the Total Rewards function to provide analysis, documentation, and training on compensation and benefits initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks may include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with Regional Compensation and Benefits Managers and vendors to analyze the results of both domestic and international salary surveys, as well as gather market intelligence to assist in making decisions regarding internal salary ranges, salary increases and benefit changes
  • Prepare training materials, guides, and documentation, and offers hands-on support, troubleshooting, and guidance to People Strategy + Culture team members
  • Maintain departmental databases, documentation and PSC systems
  • Assist with day-to-day compensation and benefits administrative tasks, including but not limiting: monthly benefit bills reconciliation, benefits audits, and funding file feeds
  • Research local country laws and common practices related to employment, compensation, and benefits
  • Assist in compliance reviews and reporting to various functional areas across the company
  • Support moderately complex compensation projects
  • Support the global Total Rewards team in the auditing of current compensation structures to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
  • Support the global Compensations and Benefits team in the administration of bonus, merit, promotion, evaluation, and other pay-related processes annually
  • Support the review of employee changes (new hires, rehires, transfers, etc.), globally
  • Assist global Compensations and Benefits department with other projects, as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Previous experience in global Compensation and Benefits
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential data
  • High attention to detail
