What you will do 

  • Content Creation: Create engaging and interactive learning content, including lectures, presentations, case studies, exercises, hands-on labs, assessments, and other educational resources.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop innovative, compelling, and impactful training materials and awareness campaigns, tailored to resonate with a diverse employee base.
  • Alignment with Educational Standards: Ensure that cybersecurity curriculum materials align with relevant security policies, standards, certifications, and industry best practices.
  • Educational Pedagogy: Apply effective teaching methodologies and instructional design principles to promote active learning, critical thinking, and practical application of cybersecurity concepts.
  • Technology Integration: Incorporate technologies, tools, and platforms relevant to cybersecurity education, such as virtual labs, simulations, gamification, and online learning management systems (LMS).

What you will bring to the role 

  • Strong communication skills with excellent customer service 
  • Ability to strategically anticipate and align cybersecurity education goals with evolving organizational needs and industry landscape shifts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications in education, instructional design, or cybersecurity (e.g., Certified Instructional Designer, ISC2 CC or CISSP) would be advantageous.

Your experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Education, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or teaching/training with a focus on adult education.
  • Experience in teaching diverse learner populations with a strong emphasis on cultural understanding and sensitivity to the needs of learners from various backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies, educational pedagogy, and adult learning principles.
