What Nurse Team Lead does at Worldwide The Nurse Team Leader will have a variety of tasks assigned. Assures appropriately trained staff members are in place to perform scheduled protocol procedures. If staff members are unavailable, performs procedures when necessary to assure compliance with protocol requirements. What you will do
Responsible for requesting, scheduling and attending any training required for this position. Responsible for ensuring participant safety in clinic by observing, assessing and reporting adverse events to physician. Assessing vital signs to ensure they are within safety range or otherwise reporting to a physician Ensures all required training is completed and thorough documentation is on file before performing any procedures.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with current licensure/certifications along with 2-3 years of supervisory experience and 2 years of clinical research experience Maintains current ACLS and BLS certifications before hire date.
