What you will do

• Provide management to a group of assigned Clinical Research Associates, ensuring their work effectiveness, optimal utilization and performance
• Hire and onboard new CRA’s, and ensure timely training and development
• Provide ongoing mentoring assessment and performance appraisal
• Support Directors of Clinical Operations as needed

What you will bring to the role

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English, other languages useful
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems and make decisions independently
• Solid understanding of Clinical Research principles, processes and guidelines
• Ability to navigate EDC software

Your experience

• At least six years of clinical research experience as a CRA or position directly related to clinical research within a pharmaceutical or biotech company
• Previous team management experience
• Four-year college curriculum in life sciences or equivalent education / training (eg nursing degree)
• Ability to meet the travel requirements of the job
