What the Team Lead, Global People Services does at Worldwide

As a key contributor of the Global People Services team, the Team Lead will provide operational oversight for global people related transactions and customer service delivery provided by the People Services Professionals. The Team Lead will work closely with People Partners, managers, and business leaders to drive execution and provide a best-in-class HR experience. This role will also assist leadership in the daily management and distribution of work to maximize operational efficiency.

 

What you will do

• Perform all People Services Professional activities for an assigned area of responsibility.
• Monitor transactional activity for all People Services Professionals volume and maintains oversight to ensure service delivery meets service level requirements. Oversee team’s compliance to process and compliance requirements.
• Train People Services Professionals on new processes.  Actively identifies opportunities for educating team on new and existing processes. Act as primary liaison to managers and other People team members for general inquiries and escalation resolution.
• Lead regular team huddles/meetings to discuss workload, processes and departmental procedure. Continually assess existing programs and processes; develop new processes and/or procedures to increase team efficiency.  Partners with HRIS Administrator and People Strategy and Culture program owners to implement approved process improvements.

 

What you will bring to the role

• Must possess knowledge across the HR function and within the HR services area: including HR administration globally, HRIS and relevant process issues in an international environment.

Your experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• 5 years related experience
• Experience with supervising or leading administrative team members preferred
