What you will do

  • Assure all Full-time, Part-Tome and PRN staff receive adequate training.
  • Conduct new employee orientation for staff to include: OSHA, safety procedures, clinic procedures, timesheets, etc.
  • Mentor trainees on new procedures, evaluate competency, and approve or retrain as needed prior to allowing trainee to perform procedure independently.
  • Assist Training Supervisor in process audits of clinic staff and procedure performance.

What you will bring to the role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent attention to detail; exceptional organizational and planning skills. 
  • Excellent computer and writing skills.
  • Working knowledge of the clinical research process, phlebotomy, vital signs, ECGs, and lab sample processing. 
  • A positive, upbeat, professional attitude at all times. 

 Your experience

  • Bachelor’s degree; or two or more years of clinical research experience in lieu of education
