 What you will do

• Assure all advertising, phone screening, patient/subject tracking is done within all company DOP’s, SOP’s, sponsor protocol, federal guidelines, and good sound judgement.
• Hire and supervise full-time, part-time, and temporary staff.
• Administrate the Call Center to assure calls are made, done correctly, statistics are tracked and integrated into its daily functioning.
• Conduct call monitoring for quality and efficiency.

What you will bring to the role

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
• In depth knowledge of the clinical research process, including good clinical practices.

Your experience

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in the Science field).
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• 2 to 5 years of clinical research experience.
