What you will do
- Oversee and maintain the archiving of raw data, correspondence files, reports, equipment maintenance/repair/calibration records, and other archived materials for the analytical laboratory.
- Manage and maintain the archiving of all clinical and study data, by-study for all studies, such as regulatory study binders, subject folders, and disqualification folders.
- Maintain a current inventory list of clinical studies on-site.
- Maintain documentation for efficient retrieval of any material from archives.
What you will bring to the role
- Highly developed organizational, time management, technical and written skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Knowledge.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Your experience
- High school diploma or equivalent. (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Knowledge of GLP and GCP regulations preferred
