At Worldwide, we believe that Talent Sourcing Partners are as important as recruiters with their own extremely valuable skillset.

The Talent Sourcing Partner is responsible for partnering with the Talent Acquisition Partner to prioritise and fill open positions by using a number or sourcing methods.  The Talent Sourcing Partner is will qualify candidates, build talent pools and keep future candidate dialogue open ensuring the best candidate experience at all times. 

The Talent Sourcing Partner individual contributor career path spans a number of grades from Associate and Senior through to Principal and Executive, depending on experience, which will determine the difficulty of the roles assigned.  There is also a manager career path.

This role would suit a “career sourcer” who enjoys candidate relationship management and doesn’t necessarily want to become a recruiter – although that is also an option.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tasks may include but are not limited to: 

Generate a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of clinical and corporate roles 

Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.

Partner closely with recruiters and stakeholders within a variety of teams

Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant experience, in a related industry or employment agency is required.
